AKTER-PUBLIC is collecting and processing some or all of the following data from Employee and Contractors: Employee&#8217;s or Contractor\u2019s first name, surname and previous surname (if applicable); gender; fathers\u2019 first name; citizenship; nationality, permanent address; temporary address (current residence, if applicable); date and place of birth; personal ID number; unique citizen number; ID card \/ passport number and issued by whom (what official authority), photograph, academic and professional qualification; social security number; health insurance number, professional experience; list of previous employers; duration of the previous employments and type of work; bank account details; child\u2019s (children\u2019s) name(s), birth date(s) of child (children) date(s) of birth; educational training.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>From VENDORS, SPONSORS AND CLIENTS, for purpose of execution of the services specified in the signed Service Contract\/Service Agreement, AKTER-PUBLIC is collecting and processing some or all of the following data from their Employees, Contractors or Collaborators: name; job title; employer; address, VAT number; ID card\/passport details; photograph; professional email address; professional telephone number (including mobile telephone number); personal email address; personal telephone number (including mobile telephone number); data related to transactions including transactions&#8217; purposes; academic and professional qualifications; tax ID; government identification number; bank account details; educational training; images and sounds;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>From JOB CANDIDATES, for the purpose of employment, the information that AKTER-PUBLIC is collecting and processing may include: any application materials such as candidate\u2019s Curriculum Vitae, application letter and information that candidates submit voluntarily by themselves and that are collected about the candidate during the application process, results of testing (if applicable) and any related correspondence.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basis for the processing<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>AKTER-PUBLIC as a Controller can process personal data only and to the extent of the following basis for the processing: the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take step at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, processing is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person, processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the following rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>Right of access<\/td><td>You have the right to obtain from us a confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and, when that is the case, access to the personal data.
